Pic of the Day! Guess who?? I miss the smell of the Westcoast!

The weather was a bit fickle but the sun did show up in the mid-afternoon. Still the die-hard day regulars show up and still enjoy the heated all year round pool! A relaxing hump day, connecting and socializing with friends around the pool deck is pretty awesome. Oasis is still a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Toronto. What better way to relax, chill, enjoy bar service, and connect with new people.

These days having my family around gives me a bit of an edge. Sometimes I’m feeling curt with people but it’s a lot of work hosting family at my house. Having to be on good daughter duties and that entails cooking, baking, cleaning, doing more house chores, and being a tour guide! Just on a break from them as they are enjoying the Ontario sites, catching up, working lots before I begin my travel abroad with family for the first half of June. My friend, Mia who will be guest blogging for me will cover the first two Wednesdays. It will be a great opportunity to see a different point of view and perhaps it will be nice to have guest writers to participate/write about their experiences at Hot Springs.

Last night after my dinner meeting and back at the club around 10PM, I decided that it was going to be a chill night, people watching and talk to some new people by the bar area. I love hearing about people’s story. How did they hear about the club, what made them decide to come to a club like Oasis, and how they negotiate play. I did find one fellow very interesting and something that I have never seen at any lifestyle event before. This fellow, was carrying a few (new) packaged sex toys. I guess if you were interested in having the toys, you would then have to interact with him and the toys would be yours to keep. Would you, as a girl be enticed to have sex with him?? He asked me a few times but as the night did get late, my bed was calling my name. I’d politely declined his offer, again (after he asked me the second time). Curious, what would you do if you were in my position??

Totally “Geeking” out with the one and only Reid Mahalko!

WOW! That was a busy day and night! We did run out of lockers at some point in the night and it was busy everywhere despite the well attended workshops by Sex and Consciousness  Toronto special guests Reid Mahalko, Lawrence Lanoff, and Monique Darling. They did an amazing job at both workshops! Well I only did go to one workshop but the other was a sold out and I just heard that Monique was able to squirt in front of an audience (which is not easy to do, let alone there are those that never achieve that before).

We also had lomi lomi massage available by the pool every other Wednesday. I’ve also found a new sponsor for Hot Springs for sex toys and lingerie (including plus sizes) called Live it up in Style. My sponsor even brought her friend out that is in the industry and we had an amazing conversation.

Everywhere was busy and even had the delight of having Reid for some one-on-one time. I did appreciate his honesty and negotiating play was rather easy! Have to admit that was the first time ever had a dental dam being used on me. I wanted to see what it was like and surprisingly enough it was pretty hot. Normally, I’m not a big fan of the humming sensation but it was pretty nice. Our experience was more just foreplay but I am sure if we did engage any further we would need a few days. The energy was pretty hot!

Lawrence has a very beautiful presence about him. Our greeting at first was a big, warm welcome hug and full of static!! His pictures doesn’t do him justice and ones aura can’t be captured on camera. We had a big conversation about travel & food, got him hungry so we went to pick up dinner at the ultimate big grocery store near by the club. Hope to meet up someday and connect without all the busyness around!

My night ended with a nice glass of bubbles with a new guy from out of town and ended it off at his hotel room. What a big night! Slept like a baby …. he was very sweet to pick up breakfast for me in the morning before he had to attend a work conference.

Well I am up early today and I can’t sleep the day away! Head is still a little fuzzy but I am still on good girl duties with family. Oh the double life!
